Intensive Yoga Workshop with Emily Gilchrist

Join us at Zen Yoga Studios on the 6th and 7th of September, 2010, Dubai.

The  workshops  will consist of Breath  Work, an Integral blend of Hatha and Ashtanga Asana Practise followed by Yoga Nidra (deep Relaxation).

The idea is to offer people the chance to come and have a direct experience of the style of teaching that will be taken to Ethiopia combined with Art and Music Therapy, to help improve the comfort and quality of life

for many contracted with HIV and AIDS.

Both workshops are  donation based and all profits will be used towards teaching and Yoga equipment in Ethiopia
