Mini half-day retreat

Join us for a blissful MINI RETREAT that will warm your heart and deeply nourish your soul. The perfect tonic for a mini reboot on a winters day!

Meet the team

  • My name is Emily Gilchrist and I am a mother, yoga teacher, energy healer, mindfulness coach, fun loving, creative, cheeky catalyst for transformation and positive change.

    I am devoted

to the path of creating sacred, safe, loving and nurturing spaces where people can come, unravel, and be free to show up without apology, exactly as they are. I believe in being authentic and sharing the imperfect, perfect truth of who I am and life, so we can learn to truly accept and embrace the whole of who we all are.

    How it began

I became involved in the art of healing over 20 years ago, after my own personal journey in Yoga had started. Yoga found me at a crucial turning point in my life back in 2001, whilst living in India.

It was through my own trauma and being left with little confidence in myself and who I was that got me on the mat! It didn’t take long before I noticed the profound benefits Yoga had started to have on my overall state of mind and wellbeing, that I soon found myself on the way to the ashram, in south India, embarking on my first TTC, where the course of my path would change forever! I left knowing it was my mission to share this medicine wherever my heart led me.

  • Michael Stirling is a distinctive and highly experienced masseuse with more than 25 years dedicated to the art of bodywork. Over the course of his career, he has honed his skills and knowledge, culminating in the development of his own therapeutic system 15 years ago. This system is the result of extensive studies in various healing traditions and shamanic practices, allowing Michael to integrate a wealth of wisdom into his work.

Drawing on his intuitive guidance from these diverse experiences, Michael employs a unique approach to identify and release energetic blockages in the body. His techniques are not only profound but are also tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring a personalised healing experience.

Michael’s holistic practice is centered on the idea that true well-being encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. He particularly focuses on abdominal alignment and breath work, recognising their critical roles in achieving overall balance and harmony within the body.

His range of treatment options is comprehensive, including deep tissue therapy that targets deeper muscle layers, fascia release that helps alleviate tension in connective tissues, and more soothing holistic massages designed to promote relaxation and wellness. Each session with Michael is crafted to enhance people’s physical and emotional well-being, making him a sought-after practitioner in the field of therapeutic bodywork.
