Private sessions are a wonderful way to develop and deepen your practise through personal tailored programs to increase, strength, mobility, flexibility, relaxation and stress relief.
With over 20 years of yoga & mindfulness teaching I can support your body holistically and therapeutically. If you are working with injury and a limited range in movement, my sessions will help you to gain confidence and will assist the healing process through one to one support.
These sessions offer you a bespoke service individually tailored programs, including homework exercises and personal practise plans so you can meet your goals with extra focused support and attention.

Please note: If you wish to book private sessions in the comfort of your own home, and are further than 8 miles out of range, then a call out fee will be charged accordingly.
Pregnancy One to One
These classes are a wonderful way of supporting mums to be, both mentally and physically in a safe and gentle way.
Pregnancy yoga classes are so much more than Yoga. Not only will they offer effective breathing techniques and exercises to help assist you with shortness of breath during pregnancy and labour, the classes will also empower you during your postpartum period.
These classes will be provided you with tools, strength and mental support to help overcome, fear and will assist in giving you confidence and stress release for the body once baby has arrived Earth side. The sessions are a beautiful way for you to connect with the sweetness of your baby, nourishing your beautiful body and mind, enhancing the well-being of both you and baby to be.
Classes are suitable to start after the first trimester.
