Being a new mum is like riding a roller coaster of emotions. It's a rewarding journey, but let's be real—it's also one heck of a wild ride. We find ourselves constantly worrying about every tiny need of our precious little bundle of joy. From changing nappies and feeding to sleepless nights, our mummy to-do list never seems to end. And amid all this chaos, caring for ourselves can seem impossible.
Having been there myself and knowing how wonderful it was to go to a class that supported both mother and baby during my period as a new mum, I feel both honoured and passionate about now offering a safe and sacred space in support of you super mummas and gorgeous bubbas so you, too, can gather together and fill up your cups. After all, self-care is the secret sauce that keeps us going.
My postnatal classes are designed for you to show up with your bubba in whatever way is possible for you both. Whether it be half dressed, half asleep, one shoe on and one shoe off, milk stains down your top, or whatever the case may be, you will have somewhere to come to and show up exactly as you are and without apology in a loving, nurturing space that will be held for you.
The classes are a fun and gentle way of getting back into your body and yoga, specifically designed for new mums to rebuild strength, combined with relaxation techniques and a sprinkle of mindfulness to help you find peace and comfort even in the most challenging moments. You will be guided through gentle postnatal yoga moves to help you regain strength and flexibility. And don't worry, I've got your baby covered, too! You will be taught soothing massage techniques that strengthen the bond between you and your bubba. That will also help with teething, stimulate the nervous and digestive systems, and help alleviate issues such as constipation and colic.
Whether you're a yoga pro or a total newbie, all mums are welcome. Every mum deserves some well-deserved "me time" to recharge and reconnect with herself.

These classes are a wonderful way of supporting mums to be, both mentally and physically in a safe and gentle way.
Pregnancy yoga classes are so much more than Yoga. Not only will they offer effective breathing techniques and exercises to help assist you with shortness of breath during pregnancy and labour, the classes will also empower you during your postpartum period.
These classes will be provided you with tools, strength and mental support to help overcome, fear and will assist in giving you confidence and stress release for the body once baby has arrived Earth side. The sessions are a beautiful way for you to connect with the sweetness of your baby, nourishing your beautiful body and mind, enhancing the well-being of both you and baby to be.
Classes are suitable to start after the first trimester.
