The Temple of Tierra Cosmica invites you to connect to spirit, through yoga, breath work, music, shamanic work and other modalities.

What can I expect?

There will be guided meditations and breathwork sessions,2 daily Yoga classes suitable for all levels which will vary from restorative to dynamic, alignment focused and strengthening. And there will also be a couple of afternoon shamanic ceremonies, where you will have the opportunity to take part in a sweatlodge known as Temazcal with some incredible facilitators, who are native Mexicans from centro4elementos and a cacao ceremony hosted by the wonderful Los cosmiqueros, founders of la tierra cosmica themselves. And If you have not sat in either of these ceremonies before, then you are in for a treat!

What is a temazcal Ceremony?

The Temezcal Ceremony which will be offered by Centro Energético 4 Elementos is an authentic Mexican temazcal experience, passed down through generations, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. The temazcal, also known as the "steam house," symbolizes the womb of Mother Earth and the Universe. Inside the womb like structure , a ritual of purification and transformation takes place, utilizing drums, herbs like rosemary and lavender, and our own personal power, all connected to the four elements and the four directions.

The temazcal offers a range of physical benefits, including:
