Meet the team

There will be daily classes suitable for all levels which will vary from restorative to dynamic, alignment focused and strengthening, lead by Emily Gilchrist. There will also be an optional ice bath, shamanic breath work sessions with Hazel Croney and a cacao ceremony with ecstatic dance, facilitated by the amazing Los cosmiqueros.

In-between the scheduled classes and workshops there will be plenty of time and opportunity to relax take a massage with the magic hands of Halila Panigada, go walking, or even take an optional afternoon trip to visit the Alhambra, or you may prefer to just rest and lounge by the pool. We will also have the privilege of being catered for by the incredible Lapachamaorganica who will provide us with the most insanely tasty, beautifully presented, tantalising, inspiring, organic, plant based dishes, locally sourced and made with much love.
