Private sessions are a wonderful way to develop and deepen your practise through personal tailored programs to increase, strength, mobility, flexibility, relaxation and stress relief.

With over 20 years of yoga & mindfulness teaching I can support your body holistically and therapeutically. If you are working with injury and a limited range in movement, my sessions will help you to gain confidence and will assist the healing process through one to one support.

Once payment is received you will be guided to fill in an online form and then I will be in touch to schedule in your session.
