Friday 15th

  • 6.pm - Check-in

  • 6.30 -7.30pm - Gentle Yoga

  • 7.30pm - Dinner

  • 8pm -10pm - Optional Sauna or Massage

Saturday 16th

  • 8.00 Breakfast ( residents only)

  • 9.30 Arrival ( for non residents)

  • 9.45 Welcome circle

  • 10-11 Grounding and invigorating yoga w breathwork

  • 11-12.30pm Constellations exercises (small group work) exploring our gifts, potential and purpose

  • 12.30-1.30pm Lunch

  • 1.30-2.15pm Gentle digestive yoga

  • 2.15-4.45pm Group Constellation session

  • 4.45-5pm Closing circle
