Tuesday 24.02.26

  • 11.00 - Meet at Nairobi airport, ready to fly to Malindi on an internal flight included in your package. If you are arriving at a different time, we can arrange an internal flight time that suits you, as there are four flights a day from NBO to MYD. 

  • 13.00 - Arrivals, lunch & refreshments

  • 17.30 - Opening circle and Yoga

  • 17.30 -19.00 - Restorative Yoga

  • 19.00 Dinner

Wednesday - Sunday: 25.02.26 -01.03.26

  • 7-8 - Teas available

  • 8-9.00 - Morning Pranayama and Meditation

  • 9.00 -9.15 - Break

  • 09.15-11.00am - Invigorating Yoga

  • 11.00- 12.00 - Brunch

  • 12- 17.00 - Relaxation, free time to walk, take a massage, read, swim or do an activity

    (one of the afternoons we have a trip to included in the package)

  • 17.00- 18.30 - Yin Yoga (one of the afternoons we’ll have a cacao ceremony with either Kirtan or sound healing)

  • 18.30 - 19.00 - Break

  • 19.00 - Dinner

Monday: 02.03.26

  • 6.45 - 7 Teas and fruit available

  • 7 - 8 - Meditation, Pranyama & Yoga

  • 8.30 - Breakfast

  • 9am - Leave for our Tsavo Safrai adventure

  • 12 - Stop for lunch

  • 15.00 - Arrive and relax

  • 17.00 - Game Drive

  • 19.30 - Dinner

Tuesday 03.03.26

  • 5 -7 - Game drive

  • 7 - Breakfast

  • 9 - Invigorating Yoga

  • 10.30 - Juices and relax

  • 12 - Lunch

  • 14.00 - Check-out

  • 15.00 - Train back from Voi to Nairobi (4 hrs)
