  • 08.45 - Hot drinks and fruit

  • 09:00 - 10.45 - Invigorating Yoga

  • 11.00 -12.00- Brunch

  • 12:00 -17.45 – Free time to walk, read, walk, massage or sleep

  • 15:00 - Juice served

  • 17:45 - 19.15 & restorative Yoga

  • 19:30- Dinner

October 22nd

  • 07:00 - Hot drinks served

  • 07:15 - Meditation, pranayama & Yoga

  • 09:30 Brunch

  • 10:30- Optional time out to visit some of the local sites or take a day trip out

  • 14:00 - Juice and snacks

  • 18:00 - 19.15 & Restorative Yoga
