Friday - Sunday:

  • 7-8 - Teas available

  • 8-9.00 - Morning Pranayama and Meditation

  • 9.00 -9.15 - Break

  • 09.15-11.00am - Yoga, Slow Flow

  • 11.00- 12.00 - Brunch

  • 12- 17.00 - Relaxation, free time to walk, take a massage, read or create

  • 17.00- 18.15 - Yin Yoga

  • 18.15 - 18.30 - Break

19.00 - Dinner

Monday

  • 7-8 - Teas available

  • 8-9.00 - Morning Pranayama and Meditation

  • 9.00 -9.15 - Break

  • 09.15-11.00am - Yoga, Slow Flow
